The Coombe House Staff

Our Proprietors Marian Windebank and Suzanne Howard are registered providers of care.  Marian Windebank has a BSc in Geratology and is a registered nurse.  Suzanne Howard has NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care and Registered Managers Award in Care and Management. 

Our Care Manager Susan Hutchinson and our Deputy Care Manager, Andrea Holroyd have obtained their NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care and Registered Manager's Award qualifications.  In addition, Sue is a qualified Registered General Nurse. Most of our Care Staff are trained to NVQ levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care exceeding the requirements of The Commission For Social Care Inspection. 

Our wonderful caring staff are our most important asset and many of them have been with us for years.  Our Manager has been with us for 12 years and has many years experience in the care of the elderly.  She is primarily responsible for the care of our residents.
